Rates are based on either the brochure rate or Early Booking Savings in effect at the time of booking. As a benefit of booking group space the following discounts may apply based on package type and sail date.*

Amentities
To receive a complimentary amenity of one gift basket, bottle of wine or bottle of champagne per stateroom, the group minimum of 8 staterooms must be attained. All staterooms will receive the same amenity. Based on availability, a complimentary shared group reception can be arranged in lieu of the stateroom amenity.

What is a Group?

1.  A minimum of 16 adult full-fare guests occupying a minimum of 8 staterooms on the same sailing date constitutes a group. Guests paying the 175% or 200% single occupancy fare count as 2 adult full-fare guests. Third through fifth berth guests do not count toward meeting group size requirements. Assignment of staterooms, multiple berths, suites, air transportation, resorts, and dining is made based on space availability. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied in the same stateroom by a parent, legal guardian, or adult over the age of 21. Tour conductor credits and any other consideration may not be available if the number of full-fare guests falls below the minimum size and stateroom requirements. This does not apply to incentive groups.

2. 1 tour conductor credit will be earned for every 16 full-fare guests, up to a maximum of 6 tour conductor credits. Tour conductor credits can be applied towards amounts payable to Disney Cruise Vacations with respect to that particular group, but cannot be transferred to any other group or sailing date, and may not be applied towards any non-commissionable amount included in the vacation fare, Government Taxes and Fees (as described in the Terms and Conditions section of the Disney Cruise Line brochure), air deviation fees or purchases of a personal nature. Third through fifth guests do not count toward earning the tour conductor credit. The amount of the tour conductor credit will be determined in Disney Cruise Vacations' sole discretion, but will be based on the value of the cruise portion of 1 guest fare for the category in which the most staterooms are sold. If 16 full-fare guests have purchased the Disney Cruise Vacations Air Program, the tour conductor credit will include the value (as set forth in the Disney Cruise Line brochure) of air transportation from the city from which the most guests originate, and ground and baggage transfers.

3.  Air add-ons may vary according to gateway city. Air transportation will only be reserved upon receipt of the full deposit, air city and guest names. For guests utilizing the Disney Cruise Vacations Air Program, air transportation will be arranged to and from a mid-Florida airport in accordance with the scheduled vacation dates. Disney Cruise Vacations acts as the agent on behalf of the ticketed carrier, and reserves the right to designate the air carrier, including commuter and charter service, routing and schedule from each city. Air transportation may not be available for group requests made in close proximity to vacation commencement date. Special air requests for upgrades, extended stays and early or late flights will be made, subject to availability and confirmation, for a non-refundable fee of $50 per guest (subject to change). Additional airline charges may also apply. Requests must be made in writing to Disney Cruise Vacations Special Air Request Desk at least 90 days prior to vacation commencement date.

4. DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Failure to strictly comply with the following deposit and final payment schedules, or any other applicable policies and procedures, will result in the automatic forfeiture and cancellation of pending reservations.

Group allocations and rates confirmed more than 5 months prior to vacation commencement date require an initial deposit of $25 per guest paid prior to the initial deposit due date as stated on the front of this Agreement. A second deposit of $175 per guest must be paid, and all guest names must be received, at least 5 months prior to vacation commencement date. In order to hold allocations for Categories 1, 2, 3, 4 and 12 and 3rd/4th/5th berths, and in order to be assigned a specific stateroom, a deposit of $200 per guest must be paid within 7 days after request for such category, berth or stateroom is made. In order to have a specific resort, air transportation or dining assigned, a deposit of $200 per guest must be paid, and guest names must be received, within 7 days after request is made.

Group allocations and rates confirmed between 5 months and 60 days prior to vacation commencement date require a $200 deposit per guest and all guest names due prior to the deposit due date as stated on the front of this Agreement.

Payment in full must be received no later than 60 days prior to vacation commencement date.

Credit cards are accepted by Disney Cruise Line ( not Cruise Direct online ) for payment are American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, JCB (Japanese Credit Bureau) and The Disney Card. If payment is made through a guest's credit card, then all appropriate refunds will be made directly to the guest's credit card.

5. Cancellations may be made by telephone or in writing. A verbal cancellation must be confirmed in writing within 10 days. Changes to the vacation commencement date or changes of guest names will be considered cancellations. All documents, including airline tickets issued by Disney Cruise Vacations must be returned before refund processing can begin. If the cancellation request is received 60 or more days prior to the vacation commencement date, 100% of the amount of the vacation price paid will be refunded. Cancellation requests received less than 60 days prior to vacation commencement date will be assessed cancellation fees as follows, regardless of resale of stateroom or hotel room:

• From 59 to 30 days prior to vacation commencement date, $100 per guest
• From 29 to 15 days prior to vacation commencement date, $300 per guest
• From 14 to 8 days prior to vacation commencement date, 50% of vacation fare per guest
• From 7 days or less prior to vacation commencement date, no refund.

A 100% cancellation fee will be assessed for shipboard function space that is canceled on or after the vacation commencement date.

6.  It is highly recommended that all guests purchase the Disney Cruise Vacations Protection Plan designed exclusively for Disney Cruise Vacations guests. Premiums for this plan must be paid at least 60 days prior to vacation commencement date. Refer to the Disney Cruise Line brochure for details.
